| We are experiencing a problem of people riding off road type vehicles on properties in Trailhead that appear may not be owned by them. These are both private lots and open space. It is unclear whether or not these people are residents / owners / guests of owners in Trailhead Estates or 'outsiders'. If you are an owner and you are riding off road on any properties other than your own, be advised that this is considered trespassing. Is your activity really wrong? It was determined early on that motorized vehicles should be banned from using the trails in the common areas and our park. If you do not own the property on which you are riding or you do not have approval of the owner of the property: Then your activity is wrong. As always if you see someone who might be trespassing we encourage you to cautiously question them, contact a board member - or better yet contact the Sheriff's department to report it. |
