Special messages from the board: Updated Dec 15, 2011 Winter is taking its time hitting us this year and that gives us all the opportunity to get ready for the snows when they do hit. Freezing is already becoming an issue - are you ready?. Take some time now to protect you outdoor pipes and clean your gutters to avoid a potentially hazardous situation around your home. Please use common safety practices when working on ladders and using power tools and sharp objects. While fire danger is low right now keep in mind the standard safety rules regarding storage of fire wood and other materials around your home. If you have any questions on what is safe contact the Foresthill Fire Department. We have partnered as a Fire Safe Community with them and they will be more than happy to assist you in making your property safe. You will find links to all of the local fire prevention information and sites on the sites of interest page and you can go to the Chamber of Commerce sight to find some people that can do the work if you are not up to it. If we all do our part our neighborhood will be fire safe and we can all sleep soundly tonight ! |
NOTE REGARDING DUES AND LATE FEES There has been some confusion regarding the due date for quarterly dues/ assessment billings. Dues are pre-billed for the coming quarter and are due on the date shown on the invoice. There is a grace period of 15 days from the due date, after which a late fee will apply. Dues are considered paid on the date of the postmark on the envelope they are received in. |

| Trailers parked on lots in area's that are visible from neighboring lots or the street are in violation of the CC&R's of our community. There has been numerous inquiries and complaints about trailers parked in violation of the rules. If you have any questions about the CC&R's please contact a Board Member listed above. |
