| Trailhead Estates County Service Area (CSA) #179 Documents When Trailhead was being developed there was a CSA established to collect monies to pay for road resurfacing. These documents were acquired from the county May 2010 for information and study. If you have any comments or questions contact the board. This CSA is part of your annual property tax burden. Some $125,000 has been collected from owners over the past seven years to fund this account.
